CONGRADULATIONS ON YOUR UPCOMING EVENT!
My name is Katie and I'm so glad you stopped by. I would like to introduce myself and my company.
I started CWC in 2007 after completing my certification through American Academy of Wedding Professionals. Before that I graduated Yuba Community College with an Associates of Science, I feel that education is very important in the wedding industry since the field is so diverse. I am always intrigued by new ideas and developing a broader spectrum for different cultures and traditions.
I live with my husband James and our three scottish pups: Mattie, Bree and Henery. On my free time I get to ride my Arabian horse Romeo aka "MooMoo". He is very fiesty but is a good boy. Traveling is my ulitmate passion. The more I travel the more I learn and grow as a person. Traveling is one of the great perks of wedding coordination. I am never afraid of distant destination weddings and think of it as a new adventure!

You're a bride to be, feeling overwhelmed and not knowing where to start? Or what to do next when if comes to planning your wedding?
Its a daunting scenario, especially if you have a career to juggle, family who's pulling you in all directions, and a fiance who wants your constant attention!
Why you need a Wedding Consultant!
The average price of a wedding is $23,000 thousand dollars and is not just another event in your life:
its an investment in memories and whether you make a good or bad investment is up to you.
I am a AAWP Certified Consultant and have been trained in all of the facets of wedding planning. From the first step to the last, I can take you through the process with confidence and ease. I am here to direct and guide you every step of the way. My Promise is to make your wedding the fantasy that you always thought it would be-realistically and with forethought.
*My goal is to reduce Stress and eliminate unnecessary legwork.
*Structure cohesively and elegantly.
*Provide leadership and support so my brides and their families can enjoy themselves.

A big celebration with you center stage of course!
But being center stage isn't all that its cracked up to be. It comes with the burden of
RESPONISBLITY
*
ACCOMMODATION
*
STRESS
For Example...
*Knowing that all of your vendors are on time and have the correct instructions.
*Coordinating all of those vendors to arrive, set up and break down within your contracted time alloted.
*Your guests will need good instructions and direction to stay on your time schedule.
*Your DJ is ready to go when you arrive and has the correct music you specified.
*Your set up should be to your specifications, not what is easiest for the site to throw together.
So ask yourself....
Can I handle this responsiblity myself and enjoy my wedding?
Will I have enough time with my family?
Will I get everything out of my wedding I worked so hard for?
* * *
Brides don't usually realize the importance of support until after their day is gone. Brides without coordinators rarley are left with the feeling of happiness and contenment. Most of the time they are just glad "its" over. In my experience its all up to planning and the people you hire.
