Every Bride is Different...
We offer different packages to fit your wedding planning needs since not every bride needs a full service coordinator. Some brides enjoy doing all of the planning, comparing and booking. So they may only need help for their actual wedding while others may aquire more support.
WEDDING PACKAGES
Day of Package.... 600
Coordination of ceremony and reception sites. This service also includes 1hour rehearsal for the ceremony.
* Printed Vendor time lines.
* Vendor and site coordination.
* 8 plus hours of non-stop support during the day of the event.
* Assist and prompt vendor break-down of sites.
* Bridal emergency kit on site
Full Service Package... 1600
Unlimied hours of vendor/client meetings as well as all services from the day of package.
* Assistance with venue location search
* Vendor contract negotiations support
* Vendor search and recommendations
* Buget tracking
* Payment tracking
* Wedding bridal packet
* Mock up event theme
Any meetings that exceed 6 (not including wedding or consultation) and are over a 100 mile radius of coordinators home address; a $42.00 travel fee per meeting will be charged.
*Custom packages also available. Coordination is for hire at a rate of $75.00 per hour.
